01
Eligibility

The Kenya Lucky Draw is open to all residents of Kenya aged 18 years and above. By purchasing a ticket you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The following persons are not eligible to participate:

The organiser reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant at any time, including before releasing the prize.

02
Ticket Purchase

Each ticket costs KSh 200 and entitles the holder to one entry in the draw. The total number of tickets available is limited. Once all tickets are sold, no further purchases will be accepted.

One ticket per M-PESA number. Each registered M-PESA number may only purchase one ticket for this draw. Attempts to purchase multiple tickets using different names but the same phone number will result in disqualification.

A ticket is only considered valid once:

  1. Payment of KSh 200 has been made via M-PESA to the organiser's Paybill/Till
  2. The M-PESA confirmation code has been entered and verified by the system
  3. A unique ticket number has been issued and saved to the database

The SMS confirmation sent to the buyer's phone is the official proof of entry. Participants are advised to keep this SMS until after the draw.

03
Payment & M-PESA

All payments must be made via M-PESA to the organiser's registered Paybill number. The exact amount of KSh 200 must be sent — no more, no less.

Important: Do not send payment until you are on the buy page and ready to enter your M-PESA confirmation code. Payments made without completing the ticket registration will not automatically generate a ticket and may be difficult to trace.

The M-PESA confirmation code (e.g. RGH7K2L9XP) from the payment SMS must be entered exactly as received. Each M-PESA code can only be used once. Attempts to reuse a code will be rejected.

The organiser is not responsible for:

In the event of a disputed payment, the participant must provide their M-PESA transaction confirmation as proof. Contact the organiser within 48 hours of the payment.

04
Ticket Numbers & Combinations

Each ticket is assigned a unique sequential ticket number and a unique combination of 5 numbers (selected from 1 to 36). No two participants may hold the same combination of 5 numbers.

ModeHow numbers are assigned
Auto-AssignThe system randomly selects 5 numbers on your behalf upon payment confirmation. The combination is guaranteed to be unique at the time of assignment.
Pick My NumbersYou choose exactly 5 numbers from 1–36. The system checks availability in real time. Your chosen combination is locked to you upon payment confirmation.

Number assignments are first come, first served. If a combination is taken between your availability check and payment confirmation, you will be asked to choose different numbers. The organiser accepts no liability for combinations taken during this window.

Your ticket number and 5-number combination are fixed once issued. They cannot be changed, transferred, or exchanged after purchase.

05
The Draw

The draw will take place on 5 September 2026 or as otherwise communicated by the organiser. The draw date may be postponed if the minimum number of tickets has not been sold.

The draw is conducted by the organiser using the official Kenya Lucky Draw system, which randomly selects one winning ticket from all valid purchased tickets recorded in the database at the time of the draw.

The draw process:

  1. All valid tickets in the database at the time of the draw are eligible
  2. One ticket is randomly selected by the system
  3. The winning ticket number and winner's name are announced on the Live Draw page
  4. All participants are notified of the result via SMS to their registered M-PESA number

The draw result is final and binding. No appeals will be entertained on the basis of the random selection method.

The draw cannot be reversed once conducted. Participants are encouraged to watch the Live Draw page on draw day.

06

The prize for this draw is one Boxer 150 Motorbike. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

07
